One wall - many possibilities.

The technology centre designed by KBK Architekten occupies the entrance to the town of Ludwigsburg with a representative building complex which creates a direct identification with the MANN+HUMMEL brand and its façade is reminiscent of a filter.
In its interior, flexible system partition walls and cubes from Strähle continue the form of the building, shaping the atrium, office areas and the research and lab facilities. Single and double-glazed partition walls and panelling with various surfaces (HPL or white glass), partially polygonal, were used. The planners aimed to create an open and communicative atmosphere providing sufficient opportunity to retreat for confidential meetings whilst at the same time combining different office types such as individual offices, meeting points and open-space areas.
This sophisticated office concept was realised throughout using the compatible and modular design of the Strähle systems and ensures that MANN + HUMMEL will have long-term, flexible and economic use of the new rooms.
